UPA TIK Undiksha Reviews Progress on Informatics System Development

Singaraja – The Academic Support Unit for Information and Communication Technology (UPA TIK) at Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) held an important meeting in the UPA TIK Base Lab Room on Monday, October 28, 2024. The meeting, attended by the Head of UPA TIK, Secretary, Division Heads, the informatics system development team, and representatives from various divisions, focused on evaluating achievements and setting targets for the development of informatics systems within the university environment .

The main agenda of the discussion centered on the progress of the informatics system, which is approaching its development target deadline. The system is anticipated and service quality for the Undiksha civitas academica. The development team reported that most core features are in the final stages of refinement and are nearly ready for limited-scale testing.

In addition to evaluating progress, the meeting addressed several technical issues and trends observed in October.  The reported problems were analyzed to identify appropriate solutions and to mitigate potential disruptions to the system launch. The UPA TIK Team emphasized the importance of continuous updates to the system to align with evolving technological advancements and user needs. 

With this meeting, UPA TIK Undiksha reaffirmed its commitment to developing an informatics system that ensures ease of access, speed, and data security for all users at Undiksha. The development process will continue to be closely monitored to meet the university’s quality standards and expectations in supporting both academic and administrative activities through digital platforms.
