Singaraja – The Academic Support Unit for Informatics and Communication Technology (UPA TIK) at Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) conducted a Head of Division meeting on Friday, December 20, 2024. The meeting was attended by all of the division heads and was directly led by the Head of UPA TIK.

The primary agenda focused on evaluating the current systems within the UPA TIK environment. Discussions revolved around identifying challenges, optimizing system performance, and planning enhancements to improve information technology service at Undiksha.

The Head of UPA TIK emphasized the importance of fostering synergy among divisions to address challenges effectively and outlined strategic steps to realize UPA TIK’s vision as a center of excellence for information technology services.
