Singaraja, December 31, 2024 – Closing out 2024, the Academic Support Unit for Information and Communication Technology (UPA TIK) at Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) held a performance evaluation meeting and development planning session for 2025. This event was attended by all of UPA TIK staff,who have played a pivotal role in delivering IT services to the university community throughout the year.
In his opening remarks, I Ketut Resika Arthana, S.T., M.T., the Head of UPA TIK, highlighted the importance of performance evaluation as a reflective process to enhance the quality of Information Systems and Technology (SI/TI) services across campus. He underscored the primary goal for 2025: preparing Undiksha for its transition to Legal Entity State University (PTN-BH) status.
“This meeting not only marks the conclusion of 2024 but also serves as a critical moment to outline strategic steps for SI/TI development. Performance evaluation must serve as the foundation for continuous improvement to support academic activities and the PTN-BH,” Resika Arthana emphasized.
The meeting commenced with a presentation of 2024 performance achievements delivered by each division head.While UPA TIK met most of its targeted goals, several areas were identified for internal improvement to ensure even better services in the coming year.
Looking ahead to 2025, UPA TIK has outlined a strategic plan focused on innovation, efficiency, and strengthening IT infrastructure. These initiatives aim to meet academic and administrative needs of the campus community while supporting staff performance in delivering exceptional IT services.
