Singaraja, February 24, 2025 – The Academic Support Unit for Information and Communication Technology (UPA TIK) of Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) held a meeting at the UPA TIK Conference Room to discuss updates to the  Executive Information System (EIS) and preparations for the verification data for the National Selection Based on Achievement (SNBP), which is part of Undiksha’s new student admission system. 

The EIS system update aims to enhance functionality and interface design making the system more informative and user-friendly. These improvements are expected to provide faster and more accurate date access, supporting university leaders in making strategic decisions. Additionally, a data integration evaluation was conducted to ensure the system optimally delivers relevant and up-to-date information.

Meanwhile, UPA TIK also focused on SNBP data verification preparations, ensuring seamless integration with the university’s admission system. This step is crucial in guaranteeing a smooth and compliant selection process. The responsible teams will conduct data verification and validation to maintain the accuracy, security, and integrity of the system. 

Through these updates, UPA TIK continues to enhance the efficiency and security of Undiksha’s information systems, supporting academic and administrative processes to function more effectively.
