UPA TIK Undiksha Discusses Current Issues in Weekly Meeting

Singaraja, February 10, 2025 – As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance information technology services at Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha), the Information and Communication Technology Academic Support Unit (UPA TIK) convened another regular meeting featuring strategic discussions. Held in UPA TIK’s basic lab room, the meeting was attended by the entire team, all of whom demonstrated strong enthusiasm in addressing various challenges and exploring the latest innovations in campus technology.

Led by the UPA TIK leadership, the meeting focused on several key issues, including the management of Tuition Fees (UKT) payments, evaluation of the academic information system, and enhancements to campus network security. Additionally, preparations for new student admissions and plans for digital infrastructure development were among the main topics discussed.

“This meeting is an important moment for us to formulate the best strategies to optimize information technology services at Undiksha. We aim to ensure that every system in use provides maximum benefits to the academic community,” stated a UPA TIK representative. 

Beyond evaluating existing challenges, discussions also covered improvements to internet network infrastructure, services optimization, and the strengthening of user data security. Various inputs and suggestions from participants were carefully considered to refine and enhance technology services, making them more efficient and innovative.
