Singaraja- In response to the continuously evolving technology landscape, UPA TIK Undiksha held its monthly performance report meeting for the July to August 2024 periode, focusing on the emerging issues and trends over the past two months. The meeting, held on Tuesday, September 18, 2024, was led by the Head of UPA TIK Undiksha, I Ketut Resika Arthana, S.T., M.Kom., and highlighted several user issues along with the responsive steps taken to maintain optimal service performance for the academic community.
During the meeting, the Helpdesk Division presented current issues and trends observed during the period. Their report included various challenges frequently faced by users, providing a clear overview of the steps that had been taken to resolve these problems.
This meeting is part of UPA TIK’s ongoing efforts to optimize its services by evaluating trends and current issues within the technology systems. The UPA TIK team, especially the Information System Division, took this opportunity to assess technical challenges and ensure that every problem is handled swiftly and accurately. With the increasing reliance on digital information systems within the campus environment, the demand for more professional services remains a top priority.
