Taking place at UPT ICT Undiksha, Tuesday (14/6), a technical preparation meeting for filling in remuneration data for the even semester 2021/2022 was held, chaired by I Ketut Resika Arthana, S.T., M.Kom., by presenting the Head of the Information Systems Division, Head of the Data Center Division and Information, as well as related system development teams.
Remuneration is payment or compensation received for services or work. Including basic salary and bonuses or other economic benefits that employees or executives receive while working. The amount of remuneration and its form depend on many factors. The remuneration process has been implemented on a system-based basis since 2020.
The meeting is devoted to checking the suitability and readiness of the system before uploading performance and other supporting data as needed to the relevant system. The systems that will be synchronized to support remuneration data include the Performance System, Shakuntala, Lecturers, and Academic System (SIAK).
In accordance with the agenda, remuneration scheduling, and data input will be reviewed further on Thursday (16/6). Currently, UPT ICT together with the development team is focused on preparing and checking the system to streamline remuneration which will be implemented in the near future.
