Singaraja – Located in the UPT ICT Undiksha meeting room, Wednesday (3/8). A meeting was held between the Undiksha Quality Assurance Center represented by Dr.I Gede Aris Gunadi, S.Si. M.Kom with the Head of UPT ICT discussed system development planning for the Undiksha Quality Assurance Center.
In an effort to provide services in information system development, UPT ICT Undiksha presented the system development flow in UPT ICT to the PJM representative, Dr.I Gede Aris Gunadi, S.Si. M. Kom, in order to obtain approval and agreement to follow the process and flow of designing and developing related systems at UPT ICT Undiksha. From the presentation made, the interested parties, namely PJM, have agreed on the process and flow of designing related system development at UPT ICT Undiksha.
The system developed is a system that will be used by internal PJM units, functioning to provide data quickly and easily to the Undiksha Quality Assurance Center. The requests and scope of the system to be developed are:
- The system is capable of displaying the required data (AMI) sourced from related systems.
- Availability of features for related units to input data.
- The system developed is able to detect data validity.
- The system displays a data dashboard.
- The system is able to calculate the AMI score
- AMI business process features are developed in the next stage.
From the requirements initiated by the PJM representatives, it is hoped that the system designed and developed will be able to validate data carried out at related sources. Data validity must use real data, where this data is the responsibility of each validator unit. If invalid data occurs, it can be changed at the source.
This system development plan was followed up by PJM by sending a letter to Deputy Chancellor 1 Dr. Gede Rasben Dantes, S.T., M.T.I regarding the request for Information System development so that it could speed up the system development process.
Based on the system requirements to be developed, UPT ICT quickly followed up by designing the SKPL, BPMN, and Mocup Design which will be presented at the next meeting on August 10 2022.
