Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) launched the e-office and inventory system for the 2021 Development Coordination Meeting (Rakorbang), on Wednesday (4/12/2019). This information technology-based breakthrough is one way to achieve excellent service.
The two systems were launched by the Chancellor of Undiksha, Prof. Dr. I Nyoman Jampel, M.Pd. He said, that in this era where fast steps are required, the use of technology in services continues to be maximized. “With the addition of these two systems, Undiksha now has 46 IT-based systems. “This must be utilized optimally,” he said.
Deputy Chancellor II Undiksha, Prof. Dr. I Wayan Lasmawan, M.Pd., who also accompanied him, said that the implementation of this system must receive support from all parties and its development continues to be monitored. “This system could change at any time. “This will continue to be evaluated so that it can run optimally,” he said.
Meanwhile, Chair of UPT ICT Undiksha, I Ketut Resika Arthana, S.T., M.Kom explained that one form of e-office is signing certificates. “The signatories of this electronic certificate have collaborated with the Electronic Certification Center (BSrE) – National Cyber ??Crypto Agency (BSSN),” he explained.
According to him, this breakthrough also functions to improve electronic information security which includes authentication, integrity, non-repudiation, and confidentiality. The use of this certificate is in accordance with the mandate of UU ITE no. 19 of 2016 and PP PSTE of 2012. In inventorying goods, it will also be easier to access documents. This automatically impacts time efficiency and is environmentally friendly. “With this system, the possibility of data loss will be smaller. “Its use will continue to be developed, including correspondence,” he concluded.
