Singaraja, Wednesday (05/10) the entire extended family of UPT TIK Undiksha held prayers for Buda Wage Kelawu Day.

This holiday, which falls once every 210 days, aims to commemorate a special day of worship to Bhatara Rambut Sedana, which is Buda Wage, Wuku Kelawu (Buddha Cemeng Kelawu).

In the Hindu religious tradition in Bali, “Bhatara Rambut Sedana” is worshiped as the “Goddess of Prosperity” who bestows wealth, gold-silver (sarwa mule), gems and money (dana) to people. The commemorative activity “Sedana Hair” is a piodalan for money and sustenance that God Almighty has bestowed on mankind.

The prayer service at UPT ICT took place quietly and solemnly, attended by the Head of UPT ICT, Division Heads, and all Staff/Employees. Taking place since 09.30 WITA, prayers were carried out with the hope of expressing gratitude for the grace and prosperity given. Friendly activities closed the series of events.
