Singaraja – The 2025 Postgraduate admission process at Ganesha University of Educatuin (Undiksha) is officially set to commence with a more innovative and organized system. Admission will take place over three batches, with the first batch scheduled from January 13 to February 7, 2025. One of the significant breakthroughs this year is the introduction of a registration fee waiver, allowing prospective students to register free of charge. This initiative aims to promote broader participation and provide more inclusive access to all community segments, as announced on Tuesday, January 7, 2025.
Additionally, adjustments have been made to the latest academic guidelines, with certain study programs no longer offering concentrations. This decision, along with its implications, will be discussed further by the postgraduate team to ensure clarity for prospective students.
The admission process includes several stages, such as interviews, objective tests, and essay writing. To support these mechanisms, postgraduate management has prepared technology-based systems, including e-learning platforms for online testing. Questions for master’s (S2) and doctoral (S3) programs are meticulously designed by the academic team to meet high standards. Selection results will undergo manual verification by the admissions team, with the IT Team assisting in calculating final scores before the official announcement.
In addition to the main admission waves, a special admission batch will be available outside the official schedule, catering to students who require greater flexibility. Furthermore, the postgraduate program accommodates scholarship recipients, such as those funded by LPDP, offering special mechanisms for admissions and Tuition fee (UKT) arrangements for odd or even semesters.
The UPA TIK Undiksha Development Team plays a pivotal role in structuring the registration process, from data verification to test pattern design. These innovations are designed to streamline the admission process, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and ease for all participants. With these advancements, the postgraduate program is optimistic about welcoming a diverse range of new students in 2025 through a system that is more effective, transparent, and inclusive. This initiative reflects Undiksha’s commitment to fostering accessible and high-quality education for all.
