Initiation and Validation of Courses for the 2024 Curriculum

Singaraja, August 6, 2024 – Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) continues its effort to enhance the quality of education by initiating and validating new courses for the 2024 curriculum. This initiative aims to ensure that learning materials remain relevant and up-to-date, aligning with industry needs and the latest knowledge development.

The course initiation and validation process involved IT Operators from various faculties. The first meeting, held at the UPA TIK Undiksha Building, was attended by the Vice Rector I of Undiksha, Prof. Dr. Gede Rasben Dantes, S.T., M.T.I.

In his opening remarks, Prof. Dr. Gede Rasben Dantes emphasized the importance of updating the curriculum to produce graduates who are ready to face global challenges. “The curriculum must adapt to changing times. Initiating new courses is a strategic step in preparing students with the relevant skills and knowledge,” he stated.

The Vice Rector also highlighted that the process not only introduces new courses but also evaluates existing ones to ensure that their content remains relevant and of high quality. “We need to make sure that each course adds value for students and helps them achieve the expected competency,” he added.

This course initiation and validation effort has received full support from the entire Undiksha academic community. Students have welcomed these efforts with enthusiasm, hoping to experience more relevant and applicable learning for their future careers.
