In connection with the implementation of fasting during the month of Ramadan 1444 Hijri and referring to the Circular Letter of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology Number 6 of 2023 concerning Working Hours of State Civil Apparatus Employees during the Month of Ramadan 1444 Hijri at the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology dated March 21, 2023, it is hereby conveyed regarding the Working Hours of State Civil Apparatus Employees in the Month of Ramadan 1444 Hijri at the Ganesha University of Education in accordance with the Attached Circular Letter.

In this regard, we submit the following:

1. Monday to Thursday: 08.00 – 15.00
   Break Time: 12.00 – 12.30
2. Friday: 08.00 – 15.30
   Break Time: 11.30 – 12.30
3. The working hours above apply to State Civil Apparatus Employees and PPNPN Contract Workers within the Ganesha University of Education.
4. Effective Working Hours for Regional Central Government Agencies are 32.5 hours per week and 6.5 hours per day.
5. The delay tolerance is 30 minutes and must be replaced on the same day.
6. The provisions of the working hours of Ramadan 1444 Hijri start on this date(24 March – 20 April 2023)
7. These provisions on working hours are carried out as well as possible without reducing productivity and achieving employee performance and do not interfere with the smooth delivery of services.
