Located in the Ganesha 1 Rectorate room, UPT ICT held an ISO evaluation activity. The activity was opened directly by Vice Chancellor 1 of Ganesha Education University and attended by the Head of UPT ICT, Division Heads, and members. The aim of the activity is to strengthen SOPs related to parties outside UPT ICT and work instructions for UPT ICT staff.

As we all know, the audit results stated that UPT ICT was accredited to ISO 9001:2015. After receiving the certificate, there is a big responsibility that must be carried out to complete and implement the SOP. Through Friday’s activities (18/11), it is hoped that the SOPs previously developed by UPT ICT will be re-evaluated to see whether they are running according to the stipulated provisions.

If not, then through this activity SOPs and work instructions will be recorded again that need to be added or evaluated according to the reality in the field.

SOPs and work instructions are expected to be a guide when working at UPT ICT. Whatever task, no matter how small, it is expected that all have SOPs and instructions. This UPT ICT internal activity is the first step in finalizing the documents before the SOPs and work instructions are socialized to the academic community.

It is hoped that the SOP and work instructions that have been designed will soon be finalized and become a reference for staff work next year. In the near future, UPT ICT will also invite all technicians, computer staff, leadership secretaries, and other invitees to attend socialization and evaluation activities for e-Ganesha systems.
