Singaraja – Aiming at optimizing the PAICAKU System to improve IKU reporting and Supporting Integration, UPA ICT Undiksha held a strategic meeting which discussed a series of adjustments to the Main Performance Indicator (IKU) Reporting system through the Undiksha IKU Achievement Information Board (PAICAKU). The meeting focused on optimizing the IKU reporting schedule and integrating supporting systems to strengthen the transparency and efficiency of university performance reporting, on Monday (05/02/2024).

During the meeting, Undiksha management conveyed several planned adjustments regarding the IKU reporting schedule. The plan is that this schedule will be adjusted to better suit the dynamics of academic units, allowing them to collect and present performance data more effectively. This is expected to increase the accuracy and completeness of the data submitted.

Apart from schedule adjustments, the meeting also discussed further integration between PAICAKU and other IKU support systems. This integration is aimed at creating a more integrated ecosystem, facilitating easier and faster access to the data and information needed for KPI reporting. The university believes this integration will provide a solid foundation for data-based decision-making.
