Singaraja – Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) hosted an important meeting in the UPA TIK meeting room on Monday, November 12, 2024 to discuss the progress of the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) system. The meeting brought together various stakeholders, including the IPR system development and management team, to evaluate recent achievements and outline future plans.
A central topic of discussion was the addition of new features designed to enhance the convenience for both the civitas academica or the general public when applying for copyrights, patents, trademarks, and industrial designs. These developments include improved system integration and user interface enhancements to ensure easier access and usability. Furthermore, the team reviewed updates to the verification system, which aims to accelerate the processing of IPR data, streamline administrative workflows, and boost transparency.
The development team underscored the significance of data security and process efficiency in the ongoing system improvements. Their efforts aim to not only simplify internal procedures at Undiksha but also to enhance the quality of IPR outputs generated by its academic community. With the upgrades, Undiksha aspires to create an inclusive and innovative IPR system that sets a benchmark for supporting intellectual property protection.
