The Undiksha Information and Communication Technology Academic Support Unit (UPA ICT) carried out a demonstration of the Driver Work Order System which aims to monitor the use of fuel oil (BBM) from vehicles used in the Undiksha area, Tuesday (17/10/2023).
This demo was carried out by the UPA ICT development team with the main focus on presenting and explaining the system flow in each existing role, including administrator, driver, partner, and treasurer. The goal is to ensure that the system functions according to the design that has been prepared and that each role runs well.
This demonstration meeting was also attended by financial staff and Undiksha driver staff, who are the parties who will be directly involved in using this system. In the demo, participants could see firsthand how this system would help in managing and monitoring fuel use in vehicles in Undiksha.
It is hoped that the Driver Work Order System will provide benefits in managing resources and controlling operational costs. With more efficient and detailed monitoring, Undiksha can optimize fuel use and reduce the potential for waste. This is in line with Undiksha’s commitment to becoming a sustainable and efficient higher education institution in managing resources.
