CPNS 2024 Selection in Buleleng: SKD Implementation at Undiksha Gains Appreciation

The Basic Competency Selection (SKD) for the 2024 CPNS in Buleleng District was successfully held at the Auditorium of Ganesha University of Education (Undiksha) from October 22 to 24, 2024. Thousands of participants competed for positions as State Civil Apparatus (ASN) within the Buleleng District Government.

On the first day, the Head of Regional X State Civil Service Agency (BKN), Dr. Yudhantoro Bayu Wiratmoko, accompanied by the Acting Regent of Buleleng, Ketut Lihadnyana, conducted an onsite review of the implementation at Undiksha Auditorium. The visit aimed to ensure the readiness of facilities and the smooth operation of the selection process, which was deemed well-organized and in accordance with the plan.

In his remarks, Dr. Yudhantoro expressed his appreciation for the facilities provided by Undiksha. “This auditorium is highly suitable and comfortable, with adequate capacity. We hope this venue can serve as a reference for future selections, both for CPNS and P3K,” he said.

Additionally, discussions were held during the visit regarding the upcoming Government Employee with Work Agreements (P3K) selection, scheduled for November 2024. Dr. Yudhantoro emphasized that preparations would include adding more computer facilities to accommodate the large number of participants. “This facility expansion will accelerate the selection process and make it more efficient,” he added

The Acting Regent of Buleleng, Ketut Lihadyana, took the opportunity to remind participants and the public to remain vigilant against fraudsters claiming to guarantee passing the selection process.

“Don’t trust anyone promising to secure your success in the CPNS selection!” he cautioned, addressing hundreds of SKD CPNS participants.

Lihadnyana also noted that this year’s CPNS selection in Buleleng ran smoothly and received positive feedback from participants who commended the professional organization and high-quality facilities at Undiksha. He emphasized the importance of selecting competent ASNs who can contribute significantly to regional development.

“This selection aims to produce not only technically skilled ASNs but also those with high integrity and capability in serving the community. The outcome must enhance the performance of Buleleng’s bureaucracy,” he concluded.

The successful implementation of the 2024 SKD CPNS in Buleleng reflects a commitment to professionalism and efficiency. With these efforts, it is hoped that highly qualified ASNs will be selected to support regional progress and development.
