Singaraja – Undiksha’s Information and Communication Technology Academic Support Unit (UPA ITIK) ??coordinates with the Personnel and HTL Section regarding remuneration. This coordination was carried out to discuss the validation of lecturers’ structural positions carried out by HTL and issues that were not appropriate in the remuneration system related to the active status of lecturers and lecturers with study permit status, on Tuesday (12/12/2023).

This coordination was attended by the Head of UPA ICT Undiksha, I Ketut Resika Arthana, S.T., M.Kom., Head of Personnel Section, HTL, I Made Karunia, S.T., M.Kom. and representatives from the two work units.

In this coordination, the Head of UPA ICT Undiksha said that the validation of lecturers’ structural positions carried out by HTL was very important to maintain data accuracy in the remuneration system. Apart from that, issues that are not appropriate in the remuneration system related to the active status of lecturers and lecturers with study permit status also need to be resolved immediately.

Head of Personnel Section, HTL, I Made Karunia, S.T., M.Kom., said that his party would immediately validate the structural positions of lecturers at Undiksha. Apart from that, his party will also immediately coordinate with related units to resolve issues that are not appropriate in the remuneration system.

The Head of UPA ICT Undiksha hopes that this coordination can run smoothly and can produce the right solution to overcome existing issues. He also hopes that the two work units can continue to work together to maintain data accuracy in the remuneration system.
