The Ganesha Education University PDDIKTI Report Preparation Team held a meeting which was held offline in the UPT ICT Vicon Room on Tuesday (10/5). The activity was attended by the Head of the AKPK Bureau and the entire 2022 PDDIKTI Team. The main agenda was a discussion of PDDIKTI feeder data reporting and a discussion of the work mechanisms that must be carried out in the system.
Discussions and joint work were carried out by reviewing/rechecking data reporting for the 2021/2022 odd semester and even 2021/2022 data reporting, with the reporting period ending in May 2022.
UPT ICT as a team is tasked with assisting in IT support and importing data into the PDDIKTI feeder system. Next, the academic department of the faculty continues to validate and complete the data if there is incomplete reporting in the system.
Seeing the development of the central PDDIKTI feeder which is currently used as the main reference source for higher education data, UPT ICT proposes several things related to the integration of PDDIKTI – SISTER – EGANESHA, with the hope that university data will be more valid and centralized. The addition of several important features to the e-Ganesha system will soon be developed to support achievements.
On the same occasion, the Head of UPT ICT also explained the SOP for UPT ICT services in serving the academic community according to ISO standards. In the future, it is hoped that the SOP for services to users (lecturers, students, employees, and the public) will be more optimal, with the assistance of operational teams from the IT team and computer administrators at the faculty, unit/section, and institutional levels.
