Ganesha Education University Holds Training on Using the e-Ganesha System

Taking place in the UPT ICT video conference building at Ganesha Education University, on Thursday (14/12) a discussion activity was held on the use of the e-Ganesha system. This activity was attended by the Deputy Dean II as well as representatives of operators/information technology teams of Faculties, Institutions, Postgraduates, Sections, Units, and HTL within the Ganesha University of Education along with the staff of the Information and Communication Technology Technical Implementation Unit. The training and discussion activities which started at 09.00 WITA were opened directly by the Chair of the Undiksha ICT UPT Kadek Yota Ernanda Aryanto, S.Kom., M.T., Ph.D.

The purpose of implementing this activity is to convey information regarding the use of e-Ganesha, especially the Legal and Administrative Application System (Shakuntala) which is one of the remuneration support systems. This system records all Decree Letters (SK), assignment letters, and other institutional documents. This activity was opened with remarks and an introduction regarding the Shakuntala undiksha system, which was delivered directly by the Head of UPT ICT Kadek Yota Ernanda Aryanto, S.Kom., M.T., Ph.D.

Next, a presentation was carried out by I Nyoman Laba Jayanta, S.Pd., M.Pd. regarding information on important matters in inputting institutional document data, decision letters (SK) that employees must input according to the remuneration calculation components, document input flow, as well as several technical matters regarding improvements to documents that have been previously uploaded by employees.

In this activity, a discussion was also held regarding the problems faced in inputting SK. The invitees began to convey problems and began discussing to find the best solution.

As is known, currently the Shakuntala system stores document data that has been input by employees. Ganesha Education University lecturers and employees can check decrees and institutional documents by accessing the website https://shakuntala.undiksha.ac.id to ensure that every document that has been obtained has been recorded in the system. For documents that have not been recorded in the system, you can contact the SK issuer to immediately add SK documents or other institutional documents.
