On Wednesday (29/1) UPT ICT Undiksha started its early year activities by holding a working meeting to prepare for the implementation of 2019 activities. The meeting was held in the Video Conference Room on the 1st Floor and was attended directly by the entire UPT ICT Team, totaling 34 people.

Directly led by the Chair of UPT ICT Undiksha Kadek Yota Ernanda Aryanto, S.Kom., M.T., Ph.D. and accompanied by the Secretary of UPT ICT Ida Komang Widhiarjaya, S.T. The meeting, which started at 09.00 WITA, discussed equipment needs and the 2019/2020 budget work plan. All team members carry out discussions to improve ICT services in the university environment and increase the competency of staff.

On this auspicious occasion, information system development, evaluation of system implementation, and matters related to the implementation of the 2018 information technology year were also discussed. The activity, which lasted until 12.45 noon today, produced several outputs such as a draft budget (RAB) for equipment needs to support smooth running, a proposed 2020 budget activity plan (RKA), and other information technology developments. Plans, this February, Undiksha will launch several e-office systems to support improving Ganesha Education University services.
