Singaraja –The UPA ICT Helpdesk and Documentation Division held an important meeting focused on improving the application catalog that UPA ICT has developed. This meeting was attended by the Division Head and members of the Helpdesk division, on Tuesday (21/11/2023).
The main agenda for this meeting is to involve the Helpdesk Division in collecting complete information regarding applications contained in the UPA ICT catalog. Each division member is given the responsibility to complete the application details, including application name, application function, application page, operational unit, user, and application developer.
The step taken is to complete the portfolio with more in-depth information about each application developed by UPA ICT Undiksha. The details in question include the programming language used, database name, year of creation, year of release, as well as the history of system development and updates. This portfolio is expected to provide a comprehensive overview of all applications owned by UPA ICT.
