In preparation for the implementation of the 2021 Undiksha KKN, on Monday (3/5) at the LPPPM Building a meeting was held between UPT ICT and LPPPM Undiksha. LPPM was represented by the Head of the Real Work Lecture Center I Putu Panca Adi, UPT ICT was represented by Ketut Resika Arthana, and also present were the UPT ICT helpdesk and all LPPPM staff related to the implementation of KKN.
The special meeting agenda discusses the User Acceptance Test (UAT) in the KKN system. UAT is a testing process carried out by users with the output of a test result document which can be used as evidence that the software has been received and meets the requested requirements.
On this occasion, both parties checked each module in the KKN system to determine the suitability or suitability of the system for users. Checks are carried out by both parties on each existing module. Once it is declared appropriate and complete, then (UPT ICT and LPPPM) carry out an agreement/understanding through signing the UAT KKN System document.
Apart from discussing the UAT of the KKN system, on this occasion, we also discussed other systems such as PLP and MPK which are managed by LPPPM. In the future, both systems have been scheduled for immediate UAT scheduling.
Quoted from the lpppm.undiksha.ac.id page, considering that the conditions in each region in Bali are not yet stable/normal due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the leadership through the Vice Chancellor for Academic and Cooperation decided that for this year, the Undiksha KKN program will use the same pattern. the same as last year namely carried out independently via online mode with several adjustments.
So for students in the fourth semester and above and those who will be doing the KKN program in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year, they are asked to register early via Undiksha’s SIM-KKN (kkn.undiksha.ac.id) from 26 to 30 April 2021.
