The technical Implementation Unit (UPT) of ICT held a meeting to discuss Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Work Instructions, which was attended by the UPT leadership and the Division Head. The activity took place Tuesday (2/19) with the implementation of the action led directly by the Head of UPT ICT I Ketut Resika Arthana, S.T., M.Kom, also attended by the Head of the Information Systems Division I Nyoman Laba Jayanta, S.Pd., M.Pd., Head of the Division Content Management I Gede Partha Sindu, S.Pd., M.Pd., Head of the Data and Information Center Division Gede Aditra Pradnyana, S.Kom., M.Kom., Head of Infrastructure, Network and Security Division Gede Arna Jude Saskara, S.T., M.T., and Head of the Helpdesk and Documentation Division I Made Ardwi Pradnyana, S.T., M.T.
The main agenda is to discuss the work instructions of UPT ICT. In an effort to improve the quality of employee performance, a performance evaluation will be carried out and the design of work targets that will take place. In the near future, UPT ICT will also face ISO (International Organization for Standardization) accreditation, therefore the work targets that have been running are very important to be studied and evaluated so that they can be well prepared to face ISO accreditation.
The work procedures that have been carried out up to now have been running according to the SOP document that has been designed. However, from the implementation of the designed SOP, it is still necessary to review the suitability of its performance.
Overall discussion and evaluation are used to evaluate performance instructions so that employee work procedures are structured and organized and are expected to improve the quality of employee performance in the future.
