Singaraja – Ganesha Education University (Undiksha) is one of the locations holding the Selection of Candidates for State Civil Servants (CASN) in 2023. The Undiksha UPA ICT (Information and Communication Technology Academic Support Unit) building has been announced as the main location for carrying out the test, with the main examination room located at Basic Lab, East Lab, and West Lab.

On Thursday, November 9, 2023, the Head of UPA ICT Undiksha together with the State Civil Service Agency (BKN) Committee carried out strict sealing of the CASN exam room. This sealing process is an effort to maintain confidentiality and prevent possible interference during the test.

Previously, computer test preparations had been completed, and with the sealing of the examination room, the final stage to ensure the smooth running of the CASN selection at Undiksha had been implemented. This step is in line with the Standard Operating Procedures for implementing the 2023 CASN selection, which has a primary focus on security, confidentiality, and integrity throughout the entire selection process.

Responding to this sealing process, the Head of UPA ICT Undiksha stated, “We understand how important it is to maintain integrity and confidentiality in this selection. With a strict sealing process, we are committed to administering CASN tests to the highest standards and ensuring safety and comfort for all participants.”

These steps are in line with Undiksha’s full commitment to support the government in producing quality State Civil apparatuses. By sealing the exam room as the final step in preparation, it is hoped that the CASN selection process at Undiksha can run successfully and be accountable.
